【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheclassificationofgasesandgasmixturesusedinfusionweldingandalliedprocessesincluding,butnotlimitedto:--tungstenarcwelding(Process141);gas-shieldedmetalarcwelding(Process13);--plasmaarcwelding(Process15);--plasmaarccutting(Process83);--laserwelding(Process52);--lasercutting(Process84);--arcbrazewelding(Process972).NOTEProcessnumbersareinaccordancewithISO4063.ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoclassifyanddesignateshielding,backing,processandassistgasesinaccordancewiththeirchemicalpropertiesandmetallurgicalbehaviourasthebasisforcorrectselectionbytheuserandtosimplifythepossiblequalificationprocedures.Gaspuritiesandmixingtolerancesarespecifiedasdeliveredbythesupplier(manufacturer)andnotatthepointofuse.Gasesorgasmixturesmaybesuppliedineitherliquidorgaseousform,butwhenusedforweldingandalliedprocesses,thegasesarealwaysusedinthegaseousform.Fuelgases,suchasacetylene,naturalgas,propane,etc.,andresonatorgases,asusedingaslasers,arenotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.Transportationandhandlingofgasesandcontainersshallbeinaccordancewithlocal,nationalandregionalstandardsandregulationsasrequired.
