【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscanbeusedforresearchorforqualitycontroltocharacterizeisocyanatesusedinpolyurethaneproducts.1.1Thesetestmethodsmeasuretheisocyanatecontentofaromaticisocyanatesusedaspolyurethanerawmaterials.1.1.1TestMethodA8212;Unheatedtoluene-dibutylaminedeterminestheamountoftoluenediisocyanateinrefinedtoluene-2,4-diisocyanateandtoluene-2,6-diisocyanate,ormixturesofthetwo.Otherisomers,ifpresent,willbeincludedinthedetermination.Thistestmethodmayalsobeappliedtootherisocyanatesofsuitablereactivityandsolubility.1.1.2TestMethodB8212;Heatedtoluene-dibutylaminedeterminestheamineequivalentofcrudeormodifiedisocyanatesderivedfromtoluenediisocyanate,methylenebis-(4-phenylisocyanate),andpolymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate.1.1.3TestMethodC8212;Unheatedtrichlorobenzene-toluene-dibutylaminedeterminestheisocyanatecontentofcrudeormodifiedisocyanatesderivedfromtoluenediisocyanate,methylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate),andpolymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate.Thistestmethodcanalsobeusedtoassayisomermixturesoftoluenediisocyanateandmethylene-bis-(phenylisocyanate).1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningandprecautionarystatements,seeNote2.Note18212;MethodCofthistestmethodisequivalenttoMethodBofISO14896.
