【摘要】:ThispartofISO21549isapplicabletosituationsinwhichadministrativedataarerecordedonortransportedbypatienthealthcardscompliantwiththephysicaldimensionsofID-1cardsdefinedbyISO/IEC7810.ThispartofISO21549specifiesthebasicstructureofthedatacontainedwithinthedataobjectadministrativedata,butdoesnotspecifyormandateparticulardatasetsforstorageondevices.ThedetailedfunctionsandmechanismsofthefollowingservicesarenotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO21549,althoughitsstructurescanaccommodatesuitabledataobjectselsewherespecified:--theencodingoffreetextdata;--securityfunctionsandrelatedservicesthatarelikelytobespecifiedbyusersfordatacardsdependingontheirspecificapplication,e.g.confidentialityprotection,dataintegrityprotection,andauthenticationofpersonsanddevicesrelatedtothesefunctions;--accesscontrolservicesthatmaydependonactiveuseofsomedatacardclassessuchasmicroprocessorcards;--theinitializationandissuingprocess(whichbeginstheoperatinglifetimeofanindividualdatacard,andbywhichthedatacardispreparedforthedatatobesubsequentlycommunicatedtoitaccordingtothispartofISO21549).ThefollowingtopicsarethereforebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO21549:--physicalorlogicalsolutionsforthepracticalfunctioningofparticulartypesofdatacard;--howthemessageisprocessedfurtherdownstreamoftheinterfacebetweentwosystems;--theformwhichdatatakeforuseoutsidethedatacard,orthewayinwhichsuchdataarevisiblyrepresentedonthedatacardorelsewhere.
