【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiessequentialsamplingplansandproceduresforinspectionbyvariablesofdiscreteitems.Theplansareindexedintermsofproducersriskpointandtheconsumer'sriskpoint.Therefore,theyaresuitablenotonlyforthepurposesofacceptancesampling,butforthemoregeneralpurposeofthetestingofsimplestatisticalhypothesesforproportions.ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoprovideproceduresforthesequentialassessmentofinspectionresultsthatmaybeusedtoinducethesuppliertosupplylotsofaqualityhavingahighprobabilityofacceptance.Atthesametime,theconsumerisprotectedbyaprescribedupperlimittotheprobabilityofacceptingalot(orprocess)ofpoorquality.ThisInternationalStandardisprimarilydesignedforuseunderthefollowingconditions:a)wheretheinspectionprocedureistobeappliedtoacontinuingseriesoflotsofdiscreteproductsallsuppliedbyoneproducerusingoneproductionprocess.Insuchacase,samplingofparticularlotsisequivalenttothesamplingoftheprocess.Iftherearedifferentproducersorproductionprocesses,thisInternationalStandardshallbeappliedtoeachoneseparately;b)whereonlyasinglequalitycharacteristicxoftheseproductsistakenintoconsideration,whichmustbemeasurableonacontinuousscale;c)wherethemeasurementerrorisnegligible(i.e.withastandarddeviationnomorethan10%oftheprocessstandarddeviation);d)whereproductionisstable(understatisticalcontrol)andthequalitycharacteristicxhasaknownstandarddeviation,andisdistributedaccordingtoanormaldistributionoracloseapproximationtothenormaldistribution;e)whereacontractorstandarddefinesanupperspecificationlimitU,alowerspecificationlimitL,orboth;anitemisqualifiedasconformingifandonlyifitsmeasuredqualitycharacteristic,x,satisfiestheappropriateoneofthefollowinginequalities:1)x≤U(i.e.theupperspecificationlimitisnotviolated);2)x≥L(i.e.thelowerspecificationlimitisnotviolated);3)x≤Uandx≥L(i.e.neithertheuppernorthelowerspecificationlimitisviolated).Inequalities1)and2)arecalledcaseswitha"singlespecificationlimit",and3)isthecasewith"doublespecificationlimits".
