【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthequalificationtestofweldersforthefusionweldingofsteels.Itprovidesasetoftechnicalrulesforasystematicqualificationtestofthewelder,andenablessuchqualificationstobeuniformlyacceptedindependentlyofthetypeofproduct,locationandexaminer/examiningbody.Whenqualifyingwelders,theemphasisisplacedontheweldersabilitytomanuallymanipulatetheelectrode/weldingtorch/weldingblowpipeandtherebyproducingaweldofacceptablequality.TheweldingprocessesreferredtointhisEuropeanStandardincludethosefusionweldingprocesseswhicharedesignatedasmanualorpartlymechanizedwelding.Itdoesnotcoverfullymechanizedandautomatedweldingprocesses(seeEN1418).
